They think about not having to worry about managing hardware, operating systems and vast arrays of storage. One thing they don't usually think about is the physical location where their data will be stored. That's one of the benefits of cloud computing, and one of the risks.

Exactly. The data might not be stored on THEIR systems, but it's stored somewhere...possibly not even in the same country as the company is located. So if there is some form of unrest, (for example Egypt) They could get locked out or worse..the entire system get compromised.
